Refund policy

Thank you for your interest in our products. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Our return policy allows you to return any product purchased from our website within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at hello@wildly.ca and provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and give an estimate of shipping costs. 
3. Pack the product in its original packaging and affix the shipping label to the package and ship it back to us.

Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. If you are requesting a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
